    Pineapple Staffing was conceptualized and modeled after our sister company, Hello Rache. We launched in 2019 with the mission of catering to all industries and small businesses.

    2019

    We developed and launched the Business Virtual Assistant (BVA) service, adaptable to any industry and business type; executing administrative, clerical, sales, and secretarial tasks.

    2021

    We expanded our services and launched creative specialists known as Multimedia Virtual Assistants (MVA); providing video, audio, and graphic design services to small businesses.

    2022

    We revised and retooled our services across the board, applying all we had learned in 3 short years. Rebranding to "Pineapple" reflects how we have grown and matured as a company and family.

    Our latest service development is the Legal Virtual Assistant (LVA); assisting law firms in research, legal document drafting, and secretarial/customer service tasks.

Before coming to the United States to attend medical school, one of our founders is originally from the beautiful archipelagic country of the Philippines. She continues to maintain a strong & lifelong connection, which is why all of our talented virtual assistants are located in the Philippines. Our family will continue to foster this amicable USA/Philippines relationship, enabling an improved quality of life to our Virtual Assistants and their families while providing high-quality services to our clients through what we call “guilt-free outsourcing”. 

The pineapple was chosen for our name and logo, as it is a sweet tropical fruit that represents our Filipino Virtual Assistants as well as our family heritage. Everyone knows that a pineapple has the sweetest and most exotic taste but it requires a lot of time, love, and patience to grow healthy.
