Our BVAs are put through a strict application and interview process to work with us here at Pineapple. They are specifically vetted for their ability to work in a business-related setting.
They are business professionals based out of the Philippines with qualified and verified experience.
We run NBI background checks on each of them, verify their experience, and also get onto their computers to ensure that it is up to our standard in terms of security and connectivity.
Our BVAs can typically help with any administrative task that gets done in your business. Anything you can do on a computer, you can likely have one of our BVAs do the task.
If you are using a VOIP phone system and can give your BVA access to that system, you certainly can do that. If not, we have recommendations on what VOIP system to utilize with your BVA.
Our BVAs can take inbound/outbound phone calls, act as a receptionist, qualify leads, data entry, spreadsheets, faxing, billing tasks, and much more.
We track and monitor all of our Business Virtual Assistants® time using an online time tracking software. It tracks mouse and keyboard movements/activity.
It also takes screenshots in timed intervals to ensure your BVA is on task.
They will only track their time for whatever direct work they are doing for you and will only track time according to the schedule you set for them.
You set the schedule with your Business Virtual Assistant™️ on a weekly basis and the HVA will new there at those specified start/end times.
Our pricing structure is simple! We offer flat-rate hourly pricing.
$8 per hour with no contracts and no setup/hidden fees.
Unlike other virtual assistant facilitators, our BVAs must go through a strict application and interview process before being selected. We ensure that our BVAs have a degree or certificate proving they have had training in a business profession.
Our Business Virtual Assistants® are also trained for about 2-weeks in foundational training.
You can utilize whatever software/tools you may be using in your business with your BVA.
As with any business, it is the owner's responsibility to ensure security procedures are in place when working with contractors.
All of our Business Virtual Assistants® are bound by the Data Privacy Act of 2012 in the Philippines. We also require that each of our Business Virtual Assistants® obtain an NBI clearance, which is the Philippine equivalent to an FBI background check here in the states.
There are two ways to grant your virtual assistant access to you software/tools, direct username + password with limited access to the system. Alternatively, you can have a computer in your office with your software along with remote desktop software that your virtual assistant will have access to.
Should an intentional breach of private data/information occur overseas, you are protected by the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012. This act holds Philippine citizens accountable for their actions and provides coverage to those affected within the United States. You can read more about this act here.

We recommend the following software for their efficiency and security, however our Business Virtual Assistants™️ can certainly use whatever software you are currently using in your office:
