Supplementary training courses on Digital Marketing 

Over 20 Pineapple virtual assistants attended the training course led by our Digital Marketing Strategist Izza Glino.

The supplementary training were as follow:

• October 11 - How to Create a Social Media Calendar - Tips and Tools
• October 13 - Facebook Marketing: An Ultimate Guide
• October 25 - Introduction to Meta Ads - How to Run Your First Paid Campaign on Facebook
• October 27 - Email Marketing for Beginners

The courses were made to help virtual assistants that wanted to learn more about digital marketing. Pineapple is sure to work on helping all Pineapple virtual assistants gain new skills and knowledge.

Now with all the success and growth, we also need to highlight all the fun we had in 2022.

 

Halloween

In October, Pinyaspooktacular Halloween Costume Contest commenced. We gathered entries received between October 22 to October 31, 2022, before 6pm Philippine Time. Then announced the winners on November 2, 2022.

Our criteria for judging were as follows:

50% Overall Design - Ability to provide a fresh Halloween costume concept that stood out from the rest and made a lasting impression.

30% Creativity and Individuality - Showcase a Halloween costume that triggers the imagination and produced with effort and originality.

20% Adherence to Theme - Present a costume accurate for the occasion - spooky and petrifying.

It was a tough call but Congratulations to the winners of our Pinyaspooktacular Halloween Costume Contest!

 

 

 

Thanksgiving Virtual Hangout

We took some time to celebrate and think about the things we are most grateful for. During the virtual hangout, we shared what we are thankful for and spent time playing games with the Pinya Fam. It was a night of sharing stories, laughter, and prizes!

It's always great to think back and count our blessings, holiday or not.

And as always, we are truly thankful for Pineapple's virtual assistants.

 

Christmas Party

For December we held our Pinya Sikat Virtual Christmas Party event on Dec 22, 2022 9 to 11 PM Philippine Time. The attire was Hollywood Glitz and Glam and cash prize were given for Star of the Night Male and Star of the Night Female.

Aside from the fun and games, the night's highlight was our Tawag ng Tanghalan sa Pineapple.

Filipinos are very talented, especially when it comes to singing so having heard all the entries it was a difficult decision that there were 6 winners instead of 5.

 

Typhoon Odette

From all that has happened, we must not forget typhoon Odette.  The typhoon hit in December 2021, and Pineapple's workers in the Visayas and Mindanao islands had their lives turned upside down as a result. Some not only were displaced from their homes, but they also lost power and had to deal with damaged houses.

Pineapple pledged more than 5 million pesos to the workers and their families who were most affected by the disaster—and that money is still going toward helping them get back on their feet.

We’re thankful to all those who helped out and gave what they can to those in need. Even with a small amount, collectively we reached a big sum to help out those affected by Typhoon Odette.

Now there you have it folks, 2022 of Pineapple has been a blast and we’ve accomplished a lot so far.

Pineapple Virtual Assistant has certainly come a long way in just three years, and we can only imagine what’s in store for 2023. The introduction of Pineapple was a bold move on the part of the company—and it looks like it has paid off. Our most recent update only makes further strides for the whole industry, and we're excited to see what else we will accomplish in the year 2023.
